Privacy Policy

1. General Provisions
1.1. This Policy of the Limited Liability Partnership “Association of Respiratory Medicine Specialists” (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”) regarding the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) has been developed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Personal Data and Their Protection” (No. 94-V ЗРК dated May 21, 2013) and other applicable regulatory legal acts.
1.2. The policy regulates the procedure for processing and protecting personal data received from users of the website https://asrm-respiratory.kz/ (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).
1.3. The Policy applies to all data that the Operator may receive from Users of the Site during its use.
1.4. This Policy is published in the public domain on the Website at https://asrm.testing-all-websites.ru/privacy-policy/.
1.5. By using the Site, the User expresses his/her full consent with this Policy. In case of disagreement with its provisions, it is necessary to stop using the Site.

2. Basic concepts
Personal data – any information related to a directly or indirectly identifiable individual (User).

Processing of personal data is any action or set of actions with personal data (collection, recording, storage, transfer, modification, deletion, etc.).

Operator – LLP “Association of Respiratory Medicine Specialists”, which organizes and (or) processes personal data.

IP address is a unique network identifier of the device used by the User.

3. Purposes of collecting and processing personal data
3.1. The Operator processes personal data of Users for the following purposes:

4.2. Data automatically collected when visiting the Site:

5. Storage and protection of personal data

5.3. Transfer of personal data to third parties is permitted only in the following cases:

5.4. Cross-border transfer of personal data

If it is necessary to transfer personal data to servers or third parties located outside the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Operator is guided by the requirements of the legislation on cross-border data transfer and ensures proper protection of personal data.

The Operator guarantees that cross-border transfer will be carried out only to states that provide adequate protection of the rights of personal data subjects, or if the User has consented to such transfer.

6. Rights and obligations of the User
6.1. The User has the right:

Receive information about what personal data is processed by the Operator.

Request updating or correction of your personal data if it is inaccurate or out of date.

Request blocking or destruction of your personal data if their processing is carried out in violation of the law or is no longer required by the Operator.

Revoke consent to the processing of personal data by sending a written request or an email to the Operator.

6.2. To exercise their rights, as well as for questions and suggestions regarding the processing of personal data, the User may contact the Operator at the e-mail address: asresmed@gmail.com.

7. Use of cookies and third-party services
7.1 The site uses cookies to:

This Privacy Policy for personal data (hereinafter referred to as the Privacy Policy) applies to all information that this website, on which the text of this Privacy Policy is posted, may receive about the User, as well as any programs and products posted on it.

1. DEFINITION OF TERMS

1.1 The following terms are used in this Privacy Policy:

1.1.1. "Website Administration" - employees authorized to manage the website, acting on its behalf, who organize and (or) carry out the processing of personal data, and also determine the purposes of processing personal data, the composition of personal data subject to processing, actions (operations) performed with personal data.

1.1.5. “Website User (hereinafter referred to as the User)” – a person who has access to the website via the Internet and uses this website for his/her own purposes.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

6. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

6.1. The User undertakes to:

6.1.1. Provide correct and truthful information about personal data necessary for using the site.

6.1.2. Update or supplement the provided information about personal data in the event of changes to this information.

6.1.3. Take measures to protect access to your confidential data stored on the website.

6.2. The Site Administration undertakes to:

6.2.1. Use the information received solely for the purposes specified in paragraph 4 of this Privacy Policy.

6.2.2. Not to disclose the User’s personal data, with the exception of paragraphs 5.2 and 5.3 of this Privacy Policy.

6.2.3. Block personal data related to the relevant User from the moment of the User’s request or appeal or their legal representative or authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects for the period of verification, in the event of detection of inaccurate personal data or illegal actions.

7. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES

7.1. The Site Administration is responsible for the intentional disclosure of the User's Personal Data in accordance with applicable law, except for cases provided for in paragraphs 5.2, 5.3 and 7.2 of this Privacy Policy.

7.2. In case of loss or disclosure of Personal Data, the Site Administration shall not be held liable if this confidential information:

7.2.1. Became publicly known prior to its loss or disclosure.

7.2.2. Was received from a third party prior to its receipt by the Site Administration.

7.2.3. Was obtained by third parties through unauthorized access to the site files.

7.2.4. Was disclosed with the consent of the User.

7.3. The User is responsible for the legality, correctness and truthfulness of the provided Personal Data in accordance with applicable law.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

8.1. Before filing a claim in court regarding disputes arising from the relationship between the User of the site and the Site Administration, it is mandatory to file a claim (a written proposal for a voluntary settlement of the dispute).

8.2. The recipient of the claim, within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim, shall notify the claimant in writing of the results of the consideration of the claim.

8.3. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be referred to a judicial body in accordance with current legislation.

8.4. Current legislation applies to this Privacy Policy and the relationship between the User and the Site Administration.

9. ADDITIONAL TERMS

9.1. The Site Administration has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the User’s consent.

9.2. The new Privacy Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted on the Site, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Privacy Policy.
